Only The Breast Will Do

One of Amelia's next targets is to be breastfeeding consistently and all mothers out there will know that this is quite difficult for a full-sized healthy baby, let alone one as small as Amy. Yesterday Anna had Amy to breast twice and we think she got about 10ml of milk each time which isn't bad. Bear in mind though that she's now needing 65ml every 4 hours and you can see how far she has to go. Breastfeeding is extremely tiring for both parties and it's actually not unusual for preemies to lose weight when they start so we're bracing for that one too.
