There's Good News & Not-so-good News

Ok don't panic but bad news first. Amelia has a slight gastric virus which is causing her some problems downstairs - diorrhoea to be precise. It's nothing serious and we just need to let it pass through her system but the real bad news is that she's had to go back into an incubator for the time being. This is basically so that she can't pass the virus on to other babies in the unit and should only be for a few days.

The good news is that it's obviously not affecting her nutritionally because at this morning's weigh-in Amelia has managed a record-breaking 90g increase since Monday. This puts her at 1930g (4lb 3.5oz) and only 70g away from the weight at which she can be considered for coming home.
