Big Ifs

Well things moved right along this weekend - what a difference a day (or two) makes. On Saturday they took Amelia off her heart monitor which is a tremendous step forward. Also she seemed to have a really good breastfeed so it was decided not to top up her feed at all and see how long it took her to wake up asking for food. It was around 6 hours! So yesterday Anna tried 3 breastfeeds with no top-ups and Amy seemed to get everything she needed which is incredible. So...today is Day Two when Anna will try to do 3 consecutive breastfeeds again. IF she manages to to that for 3 consecutive days and IF Amy gains weight she'll have completed the second major criteria for being eligible to come home.
