More surprises
Well the longline from yesterday seemd to be OK for now but her ladyship had another surprise when we arrived at lunchtime to help do her 'care' (top-down wash and nappy change). Amy had had such a good night that they had decided to remove the CPAP from her nose (Oxygen tubes). Although she had been breathing on her own since the ventilator came off on Monday the Oxygen helps her to take the breaths while she's still learning. So today Anna got to see Amy's full head and face for the first time with no obstructions. It took us both a bit by surprise and poor Anna couldn't help but crumple a bit. Quite something I can tell you. Here are the first pics.
